These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by SUZHOU ARTK MEDCHEM CO., LTD. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these terms.

All products supplied by SUZHOU ARTK MEDCHEM CO., LTD. are intended for research and development purposes only, unless otherwise stated.

Products are not intended for human consumption or pharmaceutical use unless specifically agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by SUZHOU ARTK MEDCHEM CO., LTD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or regulatory restrictions.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed in the official quotation provided to the customer.

4. Liability

SUZHOU ARTK MEDCHEM CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any damages arising from improper handling, storage, or use of our products.

Customers must ensure that products are handled by qualified professionals with appropriate safety measures.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

All products are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or human use.

Return Policy

We have a satisfaction policy with all ARTK products. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days from the original purchase date, and refund will be processed after the product is returned. Please follow the below instructions when returning the products:

1. Please communicate with ARTK MEDCHEM at sales1@artkmedchem.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Any items returned to ARTK MEDCHEM should be in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. 

2. Please inform us the tracking number and the purchase order number after shipping the package.

3. Refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package, and it may take 7-14 business days for the fund to be returned to your credit card.
